PoCT Service Support Officer

In her role as a PoCT Ser­vice Sup­port Offi­cer, Char­lotte pro­vides admin­is­tra­tive sup­port to our entire team. Rang­ing from exec­u­tive to front­line staff sup­port, Char­lotte assists with ros­ters, pro­cure­ment, project man­age­ment, cal­en­dars and sec­re­tar­i­al duties.
Char­lotte man­ages a team of two Qual­i­ty Sup­port Offi­cers who are work­ing on a vari­ety of projects, pre­dom­i­nant­ly relat­ing to upgrad­ing our data­bas­es in the CRM and PoCT middleware.
