If you already have a HealthLink account, please make sure your information is up-to-date in HealthLink as this will help us transmit results to you quickly, safely and securely.

You can update your HealthLink details online by signing into the HealthLink Online Directory with your username and password. If you don’t have log in details, call HealthLink on 1300 145 465 (Option 1).

Please ensure all your current providers are added with their Medicare Provider Numbers, and any doctors who no longer work at your practice are removed.

If you’re not able to update online, you can send your updated practice and provider details to the HealthLink registration team at [email protected] and they will update your records for you.
